Joanne Schultz is an attorney with offices in Williamsville, New York. Her practice is focused on assisting aggrieved investors in their disputes against the financial services industry and its representatives and consumer bankruptcies.

Ms. Schultz holds a law degree from the University of Buffalo Law School and a Business Certificate from Harvard University. While attending the University of Buffalo Law School, Ms. Schultz co-founded the Securities Clinic, a clinic that teaches law students the securities arbitration process by helping investors with small claims.

Ms. Schultz has worked in the financial services industry in the areas of underwriting and sales. She has held both insurance and securities licenses. She has presented programs to the Erie County Bar Association and has written various articles on securities regulation and specific financial products. She is a member of the New York State Bar, District of Columbia Bar and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.
